Macie is 8 years old and is non verbal. She has autism. We recently were given an opportunity to get a service dog to help her. His name is Wrigley and they are amazing together. I am blogging to stop clogging up facebook with my posts. :0)

It's a.......................
GIRL!!!!!!!!
We went for our Level II Ultrasound today and got the "money shot" right away! She's definitely not a shy one.
Everything is great, she's very healthy and right on track. They estimated her weight to be about 14 ounces right now. They check everything; the umbilical cord, the brain, the four chambers of the heart, measure the head, bones, etc. Everything measured around 20 weeks.
We are over the top with excitement that Macie is going to have a little sister. Many of us (including myself) were sure it was a boy since this pregnancy is so different.
Here are some new pics of our little girl (at the top obviously....blogger is giving me some trouble tonight).

We could not be more thrilled!! I am so excited for another niece and your niece could not be more excited to have another girl. I am guessing Grandma and Papa are thrilled there is no chance of another Ryan :). One busy little boy is quite enough. And I am thrilled he will be surrounded by women to remind him how to treat them when he grows up. With the blue eyes he has he will need to be reminded.
Congratulations!! I can't wait to meet her.
Love, Gayle
